The Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development (MEDD) and the KliK Foundation will organise a Side Event at SB58 with the title: Successes and progress on Article 6 implementation. Experiences from pioneer countries.
Several pioneer countries have already embarked on operationalizing Article 6 of the Paris Agreement. The event will discuss progress, challenges and lessons learned in countries cooperating with Switzerland, and will draw on the prerequisites for successful Article 6 implementation from both the public and private perspective.
