The GEES aims to scale up energy efficiency in buildings as a means of achieving the conditional target put forward in Georgia’s NDC. The further development of the GEES consists of several building blocks, including the elaboration of the Mitigation Activity Design Document (MADD), the structuring of a finance mechanism, and the governance and operation of the programme itself.
With this Request for Service Proposals (RSP), the KliK Foundation seeks to contract a supplier to elaborate the GEES’ Mitigation Activity Design Document (MADD).
Interested parties are invited to express their interest by 9 November 2021.
